BTC Long-Term Power Law: $79,676.63
Bitcoin's price against a curve fitted to its whole life, drawn on a chart where both age and price are stretched so that steady growth looks like a straight line. A floor and ceiling corridor is projected out to 2035.
Since 2009 bitcoin's price has roughly followed a curve that depends on how old the network is. This shows that fitted curve as a middle line, with a **lower** and an upper line marking how far the price has usually strayed either side of it.
What matters is where the price sits inside the corridor. For example, price hugging the lower line has **only** happened at the deepest points of past downturns, and price **above** the upper line only during blow-off rallies.
Most of the time it sits in the middle and this chart says very little. The dotted continuation to 2035 is the same curve extended forward โ a drawing of the past pattern continued, not a prediction, and nothing forces bitcoin to stay on it.
In words: fit one curve through bitcoin's entire price history against the network's age, on a chart where each step along both axes means ten times more, then draw parallel lines **above** and **below** to mark the usual spread.
The fit is redrawn as new history arrives, so today's lines are not the lines you would have seen five years ago. Extending a curve forward assumes the past pattern simply continues, which nothing guarantees.
