How many coins the very largest addresses (10,000 ₿ and up) gained or lost over the last 30 days. Above zero they added; below zero they let coins go.
Today's total held by addresses of 10,000 ₿ or more, minus the same total 30 completed days ago. It is a change over a month, not a level.
For example, +25,000 ₿ over 30 days means the biggest addresses took on about 25,000 more coins in a month — roughly 55 days of total mining output. Because this band is mostly exchange and fund storage, a large positive reading often means coins were moved into custody rather than bought by one person, so read it as coins concentrating rather than as a single owner's decision.

There is no value until 30 days of history exist, so the line starts blank. It counts addresses, not owners, and one custodian reorganising its wallets can dominate a whole month's reading.
