Today's total held by addresses in the 10-to-100 ₿ band, minus the same total 30 completed days ago. It is a change over a month, not a level.
For example, +7,000 ₿ over 30 days means wallets of this size took on about 7,000 coins in a month — around 15 days of total mining output. At a $110,000 price each of these wallets holds roughly $1.1 million to $11 million, so this band tracks serious individual owners rather than institutions.
Sustained positive months mean that group is quietly building.
