How many coins addresses holding 1 to 10 ₿ gained or lost over the last 30 days. Above zero these small owners added; below zero they let coins go.
Today's total held by addresses in the 1-to-10 ₿ band, minus the same total 30 completed days ago. It is a change over a month, not a level.
For example, +4,500 ₿ over 30 days means wallets of this size took on about 4,500 coins in a month — roughly ten days of total mining output, arriving in chunks of ten coins or less at a time, so it takes a lot of separate buyers. These are everyday owners rather than big money, and their buying while the price falls is the pattern people watch for here.

There is no value until 30 days of history exist, so the line starts blank. It counts addresses, not owners: a larger owner splitting coins into smaller wallets registers here as buying even though nothing was bought.
