Effective 8 September 2026. Follow the Whales Pro unlocks paid features in the mobile app. SafuTrading website plans are separate purchases. Free users can view the free sample and see which remaining charts require Pro.
Google Play displays the available Android products, final localized price, billing period, applicable tax and offer eligibility before you confirm. A development or review offer preview is not an active store offer and does not start a trial or charge you.
Seven-day free trial
Where Google Play offers your account an eligible seven-day trial, the subscription charge is 0.00 in the displayed currency during that trial. The confirmation screen must show both the seven-day duration and the recurring price and period that follow. Eligibility is determined by the store and the configured offer; a trial is not guaranteed for every account.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically to the selected paid subscription and renews at the price and interval confirmed in Google Play. For an annual plan, the full annual amount is charged at renewal, not the smaller monthly equivalent. Do not rely on an illustrative price or an unconfirmed reminder to determine when you will be charged.
You can decline the offer and continue with the free sample after onboarding. Declining does not start a subscription or grant Pro access.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Open Account → Manage subscription in the app, or use the Google Play link below. Use the Google account that made the purchase. Google Play shows the next renewal date and cancellation status.
Cancel before the trial or current billing period ends to avoid the next renewal. Access normally continues until the store-confirmed expiry, subject to refund or revocation decisions. Uninstalling the app, signing out or deleting your app account does not cancel billing.
Refund requests follow Google Play’s refund process and applicable consumer law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment already made. Contact support if the app has not recognized an approved purchase or refund.
Restore purchases and account deletion
Use Restore purchases in Account with the original Google Play account and your app account. A purchase is recognized only after the store and app entitlement checks succeed. Restoring does not buy another subscription or restart a trial.
You can request deletion independently of subscription status. Cancel renewal separately before deleting the account if you do not want further charges. We cannot cancel a Google Play subscription simply by removing the app’s server profile.
