Delete your Crypto Whales Sonar account
Crypto Whales Sonar (formerly Whale Sonar and Follow the Whales; Google Play package com.whalesonar.app) is published by MB "Makery" (company code 307770736, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania). This page applies under all three names, including installed review versions. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app or signing in to this website.
In the app, open Account → Request account deletion. Alternatively, use the email button below. Send the request from the email address used for the app account, with the subject ‘Delete my Crypto Whales Sonar account’. If you used a sign-in provider or a private relay address, tell support which address appears in Account. Never send a password, sign-in code, payment card number or wallet seed phrase.
Support verifies ownership before deleting anything. If you no longer control the account email, contact support to arrange another verification method. An email request is reviewed by a person; opening the email composer alone does not submit it.
What we remove
After verification, we delete or de-identify the mobile profile and linked sign-in provider identifiers, mobile sessions, registered push devices, and mobile alert settings and history. Unused email sign-in codes stop working at once; the record that a code was sent stays, as the app privacy policy explains. Support can also handle a request to delete particular mobile data without closing the account.
We keep the app's random billing number and your app purchase records. Google Play renewals, cancellations and refunds for a purchase you already made reach us through that billing number, and purchase records are kept for tax and accounting. The billing number cannot be used to sign in. We also keep the record of which version of the Terms you agreed to and when, as proof of the agreement.
A separate SafuTrading website account or website subscription is not silently deleted by a mobile deletion request. Tell support if you also want the website account removed. Where an email record is shared with an active website account, it remains for that separate service while the mobile records listed above are removed.
Local preferences and onboarding progress remain on your device until you remove the app or its local data. Deleting the app alone does not delete server records.
Cancel your subscription separately
Requesting deletion does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play to stop renewal. Google Play maintains its own purchase records. Deletion does not automatically create a refund.
Timing and limited retention
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm the outcome by email. If identity verification or a legal exception prevents completion in that period, we will explain the reason and next steps.
Records needed for taxes, completed payments, refunds, fraud prevention, legal claims or proof that a deletion request was fulfilled may be retained for the applicable obligation or dispute period. They are restricted from ordinary app use. Backup copies are removed through backup rotation rather than immediate selective deletion; if restored for recovery, deletion restrictions must be reapplied.
